What we do
We are still very much at the beginning, so for now all there is to say is basically: We're trying to make nice fingerboards and fingerboard ramps. However, we believe skateboarding and fingerboarding are creative outlets for everyone. So beyond making fingerboards and fb gear, we want to add some more color and ignite the DIY spirit in everyone through workshops, products for self-assembly and educational resources, sharing the joy we find in our own projects. It will take a while until we'll get there though.
Sustainability Approach
Aeris advocates for the approach of strong sustainability, emphasizing the irreplaceable role of natural resources in supporting human life and rejecting the notion that economic growth can compensate for environmental damage. We're trying to use upcycled wood scraps whenever we can and we use local South Tyrolean apple tree veneers for our ramps.
Our Team
Being skaters, BMXers and snowboarders ourselves, we are passionate about boardsports and are committed to creating products that push the sport forward. We are based in beautiful Bolzano in South Tyrol and also maintain a close connection to Durango (Colorado), due to our backgrounds. We combine expertise in materials science, design, and sustainability. Zoey contributes additional proficiency in feel-good-management and turns rough days into ruff days.
